Terms of Service

1. Service Provider

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Exchange Butler Solutions, Inc., located at 2501 Chatham Rd Suite N, Springfield, IL 62704 ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the GoTravelFlight API and related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Beta Disclaimer

The Service is currently provided in beta. Features, availability, and data accuracy may change without notice. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose during the beta period. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exchange Butler Solutions, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) any inaccuracies in flight data or status information; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or (d) any interruption or cessation of the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share your API key with unauthorized third parties
• Resell or redistribute flight data obtained through the Service without authorization
• Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions
• Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure

5. API Usage & Billing

Access to the Service is provided through API keys. Each account includes a free tier allocation. Additional usage beyond the free tier requires a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify pricing and tier allocations with 30 days' notice. Unused allocations do not roll over between billing periods.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately and any stored data associated with your account may be deleted.

7. Data Sources & Accuracy

Flight status information is sourced from third-party data providers and publicly available sources. While we strive to provide accurate and timely data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any flight information. You should not rely solely on this Service for critical travel decisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sangamon County, Illinois.
